As a global digital hub, Miele X is here to support the Miele Group in creating and growing their digital heritage. Founded as a start-up within a large organisation, Miele X quickly grew to a large, gender-balanced team of diverse experts, with over 40 nationalities on board. HR Director Tanja Antonijevic was there from the start and will explain why her mantra ‘Don’t dream it, be it’ was crucial for building this truly diverse and inclusive team.
