CAN TICKETS BE PURCHASED ON THE EVENT DAY?

No, tickets must be purchased before the event.

Please ensure all tickets are booked prior to the event online or via delegates@women-in-technology.com

CAN I REGISTER FOR A ONE DAY PASS?

No, our tickets are two day access only.

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO WORKSHOPS?

As a premium pass holder you have the ability to register for 3 workshops. You will receive an email closer to the date of the event containing instructions showing how to select your workshops.

All workshops are first come first served. Please note due to the popularity of our workshops we cannot guarantee your entry in any workshops. We always endeavour to offer repeat workshops and resources where possible.

No refunds will be offered if you are unable to attend your desired workshops.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AHEAD OF THE EVENT?

You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket.

We will email you regularly in the weeks leading up to the event. You will receive speaker, content & event-specific information.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We recommend smart casual for the event.

IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE EVENT, CAN I SEND SOMEONE ELSE IN MY PLACE?

Yes, you can allocate your ticket to a colleague. Please inform us if you decide to do this so we can change the registration details on our system.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE/COLLECT MY PASS?

You will be able collect your event pass on day 1 & 2 of the event at the registration desk. There will be staff available at all times on the registration desk over the two days. 

WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED?

Food and beverages will be available for purchase during the event. Dietary requirements will be catered for across all vendors.

THE WORKSHOP I WANTED IS FULLY BOOKED. WILL IT BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AFTER THE EVENT? 

 

All workshops are first come first served. Please note due to the popularity of our workshops we cannot guarantee your entry in any workshops. We always endeavour to offer repeat workshops and resources where possible. Unfortunately due to the sensitive nature of some of our workshops, these sessions will not be recorded.

No refunds will be offered if you are unable to attend any workshops.

ARE THE PRESENTATION SLIDES AVAILABLE POST EVENT?

 

This is up to the speaker's discretion. Speakers will share how to receive the slides post event.

DOES THE VENUE HAVE DISABILITY ACCESS/FACILITIES?

WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE/RECEIPT

 

You will receive your invoice / receipt with your booking confirmation. If you would like to request another copy, please contact customercare@women-in-technology.com
