Abolee Kulkarni
With a degree in pharmacy, a thesis on neuropharmacology and a postgraduate diploma in German Studies, my career transcends traditional paths.
Over 24 years, I’ve led digital transformations for global brands like HP, AXA, Avaya, and Ford Motors. At Canon Europe, I lead IT Solutions & Operations for the digital printing business for EMEA, while actively contributing to the organization wide initiatives on Inclusion.
Having worked in six countries and having studied eight languages, I believe in the power of connection across industries, cultures and experiences. Enablement of technology is yet to reflect the full spectrum of human potential and I believe that the neurodivergent individuals are the missing piece here.
Being a gifted neurodivergent isn’t just part of my story—it has shaped how I lead, solve problems, and innovate. I have made it my mission to ensure that neurodivergent individuals are recognized for the unique perspectives they bring. Through my work with the World Health Organization and ADHD Europe, I advocate for creating spaces where diverse minds aren’t just tolerated & accepted but are empowered as, it is my conviction that most groundbreaking innovations come from those who see the world through a different lens.
