Anouk Barnoud is a senior Machine Learning and Tech lead at Doctolib, specializing in customer journey improvement. She has led the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, including a Large Language Model (LLM) API leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance customer support efficiency—successfully deflecting more than 20% of support requests. Her contributions also extend to leading the design and development of a multi-agent system for intelligent chatbots, improving the customer care deflection rate and enabling to automatically carry out actions for the user

Before joining Doctolib, Anouk spent four years in data science consulting at Ekimetrics and Kynapse, delivering impactful AI solutions for the healthcare industry. Her work included developing a clustering tool to accelerate disease targeting for a major pharmaceutical company and building a machine learning model to optimize lens power prediction for cataract surgery—contributing to a scientific publication on the model's statistical performance.

Anouk holds a Master’s degree with a major in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and a Master’s degree in statistics/economics from The London School of Economics
