Dr Dorota Iskra is Senior Director AI at DataForce by TransPerfect where she helps expand the client base and capability for data collection and annotation for AI technologies. She holds a PhD in speech recognition and has years of experience developing AI applications in various vertical markets such as Telecom, Financial and Automotive. For the last 13 years she has been focusing on data with the belief that high-quality data reduces bias, and increases the usability and success of AI deployments.

Born and raised in Poland, graduated from the UK, she has now been living for many years in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Proud mum of two teenage girls, she enjoys travelling, doing sports and spending quality time with friends.
