I arrived in the Netherlands in the early 1990s as a war refugee from Bosnia, determined to rebuild my life. I learned Dutch, earned an MSc in Electrical Engineering from TU Delft, and later completed an MBA at Webster University in Leiden. These experiences laid the foundation for my career, and today, as a Managing Director & Partner at Eraneos, I focus on driving digital transformation and organizational excellence.

I’m passionate about creating economic freedom for women and believe that kindness is the greatest legacy anyone can leave behind. My work is driven by the belief that "great ideas and disciplined execution – that’s where magic happens." At this stage, I find myself reflecting more and more on my journey, striving to inspire others through empathy, humor, and resilience. I hope to be remembered as someone who empowered others and left the world a little better than I found it.
