Business & Personal Coaching
Kathryn is a passionate advocate for establishing employee wellbeing through developing and coaching managers. With over 25 years of experience leading L&D teams in scale-ups across education, luxury, and tech, Kathryn has a deep experience of organisational growth and change. Kathryn believes managers are the key to creating a healthy and happy organization where teams connect, grow and thrive through uncertain times. As an expat who has navigated motherhood, burnout, imposter syndrome, and menopause, she now coaches countless expat women facing similar challenges and has found that in many situations lack of empathy and understanding from managers is a core contributor towards prolonged burnout. Her mission is to influence companies to prioritize management coaching and skills development as a strategy for workplace wellbeing.
