With over 25 years of professional experience on the intersection of people and IT, three academic degrees, and over two decades as a foster parent, Lotta has developed a unique perspective on leadership in IT. Lotta believes that combining care (psychologically and financially) with a businesslike approach (courage) is key to enabling growth and addressing complex challenges —whether for individuals, teams, or organizations.
