Lucy Shenton is the Head of Transformation and New Banking Platform at ING Belgium. In this role, she supports the ING Belgium Executive Committee to strategically steer the bank and ensure realization of the Together for Progress strategy. Additionally, she drives the New Banking Platform program; a bold, high-scale effort to transform ING Belgium’s legacy technology environment.
Prior to joining ING Belgium, Lucy was a Partner at McKinsey & Company. She mainly helped financial institutions to develop their global strategies, transform their technology systems and build resilience. In light of her work, Lucy was globally recognized as a leader in data security strategy for the banking sector.
