Monika is passionate about empowering the organization and creating a culture of autonomy, psychological safety, and trust. She also actively drives an agenda of diversity and inclusion, and has been recognized as a female role model and a transformation leader in the telco industry. In Nuuday the mission is to transform Nuuday into a truly digital service provider with best in class customer experience and lean operations within four years. That encompasses both technology shifts as well as a culture and mindset shift.
