Anindita Misra is leading the establishment of trustworthy data lifecycle accountability within Digital Ethics & Responsible AI team in Ingka. Currently serving as the Leader of Data Lifecycle Accountability at Ingka (Group Digital) in the Netherlands, Anindita is responsible for establishing cross-functional and end-to-end data lifecycle traceability and accountability, adhering to digital ethics standards and driving responsible AI practices. With a proven track record of leadership and expertise in data architecture, data engineering and data management, Anindita is dedicated to ensuring trustworthy data usage throughout the organisation while aligning with business objectives and ethical frameworks.
In her previous role as a Global Data & Analytics Architect & Product Manager at Danone, Anindita led the implementation of the “Data as an asset” pillar as part of the Group Digital Transformation program. She successfully designed and implemented data analytics and management solutions globally, contributing to the organisation’s data-driven strategies. Prior to that, as a Big Data Capability Manager & Cloud Data Architect at Accenture, Anindita played a crucial role in data governance and cloud architecture for a large energy and utilities organisation. Her expertise in data migration and establishing data governance processes helped ensure alignment with organisational strategies and compliance requirements.
