At Babbel, Franziska is leading a Platform Engineering team as Engineering Manager. She has worked in the Berlin tech community for the past 11 years, growing from a Junior QA Engineer into an Engineering Manager of several different types of teams. A believer in DE&I, she has a habit of building a strongly inclusive team culture and extending mentorship opportunities to other marginalized people in tech.
