Janet is the country manager for Worldline Netherlands and the division manager for COO Office.
Worldline has great ambitions in gender equity and clears the paths for ambitious ladies. We focus on recruiting, training and promoting talented young ladies into to our Payments organization.
Within Worldline Janet has been line responsible for Sourcing & Vendor management, Project & Program management, Post Merger Integrations and IT Service Management. As country manager she focuses on the local management of the locations in the Netherlands. Before joining Worldline Janet worked for IT strategy consulting firms always focused on bringing the human element into the success of IT transformations.
Being a woman in Tech has its pros and cons, Janet sees it as her job to further path the way for future generations to come.
Is there gender equity at Worldline, not yet, but we are doing a lot to get this done!
Fun fact: Janet is also certified ski instructor and still dreams of a job to combine both.
