Speaker Bio
Not knowing what to do after her VWO-bèta, Janneke chose to study modern dance in Paris. After a year of teaching in Paris she and her then husband opened a French patisserie in the Netherlands for 5 years.
Her next step was landing in the HR profession and started studying HRM. She holds a carrer of more than 20 years in HR at Genzyme, Bosch, Invensys and Schneider Electric. Currently she is a trained coach from the iPEC and she divided her time as Talent Consultant for Schneider Electric and her own practice.
She believes it is important to walk your own path in life. Freedom and equality are important values to her. She likes to explore possibilities to connect people to work together and achieve a result to which everyone contributes in their own way.
She also contributes to shaping the Neurodiversiteitnetwerk Nederland as a volunteer.
Fun Fact: She learned to play the Ukelele to be able to perform a song at her daugther’s wedding.
