Monica Rodriguez empowers mindsets and communications as a Corporate Facilitator and Speaker. Through her training with Simitri Group, she helps clients achieve business results and breakthroughs in professional growth. Her engaging facilitation style ensures an interactive, enjoyable learning experience.

Over the last 11 years, she has been leading workshops on presenting with impact, assertiveness, influencing, and leadership development. She is the go-to trainer for Fortune 1000 companies worldwide in IT and financial services.

Prior to training, Monica spent 15 years in the tech world. She first strengthened her assertiveness skills selling software for SAS Institute in the U.S.; and later in Singapore, she was the General Manager of an IT consultancy, where she led project teams and developed new markets across Asia.

Based in Barcelona, Monica currently mentors six tech professionals. And as an avid world traveler, she is often found on an airplane, flying to her next adventure!
