Speaker Bio
Nabitha Rao is the Vice President, Information Technology at GitLab and is responsible for developing the vision and overall business strategy of the IT organisation. She oversees the company’s Enterprise Applications, IT Services & Operations, IT Security & Compliance, and IT PMO functions focused on driving transformation efforts to accelerate growth and create scale.
Prior to GitLab, Nabitha was at RingCentral, where she scaled the IT function to support the company in its 10X growth journey to USD $1 Billion and beyond. She built the team ground up while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, developing high-performing global teams and was instrumental in delivering several enterprise business transformation programs.
Nabitha holds a Master in Business Administration from The University of Findlay.
