The only thing Pamela loves more than hearing a good story is telling one. After honing that skill for 20 years in B2B marketing, she pivoted to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with a focus on tech. An avid learner/doer, she has led international, diverse, fulfilled and high-performing teams for 10+ years. Today, she strives to empower people to bring their whole selves to work and supports leaders to nurture a growth mindset, lead with authenticity, empathy, and trust.

Fun Fact: Pamela is a huge fan of Tetris, the 80’s street art scene, and improv theater.
