This session will walk you through common challenges, pitfalls and how to avoid them. This will be illustrated with real-world examples of where we’ve built incredible relationships and where it’s gone wrong. We will explore these from both the perspectives of Product Managers and Product Designers to give you deep insight into the key challenges.
As people come and go from companies, we have to constantly build and rebuild these new relationships fast. This workshop will provide practical information about how to overcome common challenges, or better yet, avoid them from day one.
