Speaker Bio
Sabine helps clients navigate and implement people-focused change that impacts their business and its people. This ranges from supporting complex mergers and acquisitions, to assessing and transforming cultures and ways of working, or designing team structures and operating models for maximum impact. With more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate world, Sabine has seen a few (strange) things, made (many) mistakes and learnt countless lessons. Today, she uses her personal experiences and insights into how businesses work to help inspire and empower people and teams to access their full potential. Sabine is a certified Barretts Cultural Transformation Practitioner, Prosci Certified Change Facilitator as well as certified team coach.
In 2013, she founded Dare to Dream Project, a non-profit organisation that works to inspire and empower girls from disadvantaged communities throughout Africa to realise their dreams and lead fearlessly.
Fun Fact: Sabine drove 7,000km from Belgium to Gambia in an old Land Rover to raise money to build a maternity ward in a hospital outside Banjul.
