Sandrine Pons, Regional Vice President, Head of Solutions Sales & Innovation at SAP believes in the strength of difference and demonstrates it by leading a diverse, dynamic and innovative team of individuals made up of 23 different nationalities and cultures, sixty per cent of whom are women.
A passionate advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and a Gold Winner of the ‘Women helping Women’ category in the Global Stevie awards, Sandrine is driven by the belief that D&I is at the heart of her team’s success. She promotes D&I through every aspect of her work and aspires to being as positive a role model for women in technology as she can be. Sandrine will be bringing her passion to the European Women in Tech stage as she addresses workplace inclusivity.
Fun Fact: Sandrine was born in a small village in France. She was named “Sandrine” – a very traditional, French, name – as her parents believed she would never leave the village. Today, Sandrine is leading a regional, diverse team of people for one of the biggest technology companies in the world, SAP.
