Dee Samra joined Booking.com as Director of Data & AI Governance, leading the Data Governance practice with 10+ years of experience in the Telco sector. This has now evolved to include Artificial Intelligence, as Data and AI governance together are at the core of how organisations can leverage data and innovate.
Examples of this internally would include driving cost efficiencies or finding new revenue generating opportunities. Externally this looks more like enhanced customer experiences via personalised recommendations, to protecting against fraud and cyber attacks.
