Lucie is Director of Data, AI and Insights at Booking.com, which means that she leads the data analytics, data science and machine learning development to improve the accommodation partner experiences on our platform. The teams supported focus specifically on the alternative accommodation segments and the travellers interested in that, like families travelling to a villa or cabin. She joined Booking.com after obtaining a PhD in particle physics, working at CERN Geneva. Having worked as a data scientist, manager and director, Lucie knows that data can make or break the success of the business.
