Speaker Bio
Simone Köhler is the Head of Technical Service Support at Lely, overseeing 2300+ technicians across 40 countries. With a passion for empowering technicians, she strives for independence and control in their work under the phrase ‘Work smarter, not harder’. She has an engineering degree (MSc) of the Delft Technical University and a drive to always look for improvements, with an eye for the people.
In a previous career she led the Agile transformation at the Dutch Postal company, ensuring not only IT, but also the business, HR and finance joined the transition. Outside work, she’s a parent of two with a third on the way (there will be 2 women on stage!) and she’s renovating her home with her partner.
