Careers are increasingly long. And they’re played out against the backdrop of the accelerating digital transformation of work, and how we do it. Learning agility, adaptability and personal resilience are necessary capabilities to survive and succeed. Staying in the game is tough, and even more so for women, who pay lasting penalties for childbearing and caring duties and continue to bear the effects of discrimination throughout their careers.
