Hélène holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Neoma Business School and she also graduated from HEC Paris with a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management & Finance. Hélène brings 20+ years’ experience in strategy & transformation supporting major corporations adapting their models to evolving dynamics through large scale programs. Helene has spent primarily her career at Accenture in Consumer Goods & Retail where she was framing and delivering strategic transformations, enabling Technology, Data & Digital to deliver value and growth. She led multiple IT and Digital strategy projects, ERP programs as well as process & systems reengineering for topline initiatives (consumer engagement, Revenue Growth Management, S&OP…). Before joining Pernod Ricard, Helene was a senior partner at Deloitte, leading the consumer industry. She is, since November 2021, Pernod Ricard Global Chief Information Officer and is driving a major overhaul of its tech function.
