Rashmi Sharma is the VP of Engineering at Mambu and is a seasoned executive with nearly 25 years of software industry experience. She has an established track record in the field of enterprise application development and delivery, with an unwavering focus on innovation. Prior to joining Mambu, Rashmi led numerous high-performing teams with complex projects in the Netherlands, most recently in the financial services global business unit for Oracle and at De Hypotheker, a financial services company in the mortgages sector. She has an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.

Fun Fact: Rashmi is a long-time champion for gender diversity in tech, an advocate of STEM education for girls, as well as an overall mentor to young professionals.
