As an engineer, a seasoned technology executive, and a board leader with a dash of entrepreneurial spirit, Sheila is no stranger to navigating the complexities of the technology domain. Since 2021, Sheila has been steering the technological ship as the Global Head of Corporate Technology at ING, where she leads a team of 500 tech professionals across seven countries. They’re responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that support the bank’s global functions while keeping security and sustainability at the forefront. Not to mention, her role in setting global technology standards and nurturing the next generation of tech leaders.
