Clare is the VP for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at NTT DATA in the UK and brings a wealth of experience to her role. Having previously spearheaded DEI initiatives across the EMEA region for IBM, she possesses a robust background in consulting services, program management, talent acquisition, and business partnering.
Her multifaceted expertise contributes to her effectiveness as a dynamic DEI leader. Clare is deeply committed to advancing diversity representation and cultivating inclusive cultures through strategic value identification, engagement, and well-being initiatives.
She drives transformation by devising and implementing results-oriented solutions that align with the organization’s overarching vision and growth objectives. Clare’s vision at NTT revolves around advancing DEI through an inclusive approach that harnesses the collective strength of diverse communities within the company. This ethos is encapsulated in NTT’s DEI narrative, “Creating Inclusion Together.”
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Clare actively participates in external forums and panels such as the Gender Equity Exchange, the UN’s Commission on the Status of Women, and the women-only members mentoring program, CHIEF.
