Victoria brings a wealth of HR expertise to the table, with a career spanning over three decades in various regions including Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. She embarked on her journey with NTT Data, Inc. in 1999 and today fulfils the role of SVP HR for Europe. In this capacity, she leads a team of HR professionals and SME’s committed to collaborating with Regional leadership and the global Centre of Expertise.

Residing in the serene English countryside, Victoria finds joy in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and spinning classes, exploring through travel, and cherishes moments spent savouring delicious cuisine, fine wine, and the warmth of family and friends.
